How to Review a User’s Session History in V2 Cloud

As an administrator, you can easily review and download the session history of your users directly from the V2 Cloud dashboard. Follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Dashboard

• Go to: https://dash.v2cloud.com

• Sign in using your administrator credentials

2. Select the Cloud Computer

• Locate the cloud computer you want to review

• Click on the computer name, or

• Select Actions → Manage

3. Access the User History

• Find the user whose session history you want to review

• Next to the user’s name, right-click on “Actions” (1)

• Select More (2) → Show History (3)

4. View Session Details

A table will appear showing the user’s session activity, including:

• Start Date

• End Date

• Session Duration
  
  

5. Export the Session History

You can download or print the session history using the available options:

• CSV (for spreadsheets)

• PDF (for reports)

• Print
