New network setup for [e-mail]

The client is going to reach out to support with a message like below:
Hi,
Can you please create a new network for setting up VPN with our dedicated 
PfSense server and add CUSTOMER_VM_NAME to this network.


Please include the CUSTOMER_NAME in the VLAN description, so that it will be 
easier for us to continue.
Please provide us with the MAC address,VLAN ID and network range once the 
network has been created


Then you need to follow the following steps:
1. Create a network under [e-mail] with the name 
provided by the client and add the requested VM under that network (it can 
be done during working hours, does not cause network drop)

2. Escalate the ticket to infra and request that a new vrack be added under 
pf_cbs on mia119 and request that they let you know what the mac address 
is once it has been added

3. Once that is done, you should have the VLAN ID, MAC address and 
network range 10.50.x.x/24, please send this to the client and they will do 
the rest, they have admin access to their dedicated pfsense

4. you can then close the ticket, the client then has all the information 
necessary to set up the IPSEC tunnel and static routes themselves, I did 
provide them with a guide and we had a zoom call to go over the procedure 
step by step
