How to Add Users to a Computer in Bulk

1. Open your V2 Cloud dashboard (https://dash.v2cloud.com/cloud/) and go to the computers tab.

2. Select the relevant computer by clicking on its name.
   

3. Click the “Add new user access’ button
    

   

4. Select the “Bulk add users” option

   
   

5. You can download an example file by clicking on “Download CSV sample file” to see how you need to format the CSV file for the users to be added correctly.
    
6. Once your CSV file is ready you can import it using the “Import CSV” button. Once the file has been imported you will see the details of the users in the same window where you can verify the details are correct before submitting.
    
7. You can choose to add the user as White Label users and whether they should receive an email from V2 Cloud letting them know they’ve been added to a cloud computer and providing them with their account information. Once ready click submit and the user will be created.
