Cloud computer stuck on building

1. Building Cloud Computers takes some time, it can take up to 2 hours to complete a build.
2. You will receive a notification once the cloud computer has finished building.

Created new cloud computer but it’s just pending

1. If you created your first cloud computer but it is still in a pending phase, please review your payments tab.
2. To do so go to dash.v2cloud.com and go to the payment tab
3. Here you will see if pre-authorisation of your cloud computer went through or not. If the ppre-authorisation has not gone through the cloud computer build will stay in pending
