How to Enable or Disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

⚠️ Only VM owners or administrators can access the dashboard to manage 2FA.
If you don’t have access, contact your manager or administrator.

Steps:

1. Go to dashboard.v2cloud.com and log in.
   
    
2. In the left panel, click Security.
   
    
3. On the right, under Two-Factor Authentication, choose your preferred option:
   
    
   • Authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator)
     
      
   • Email codes
     
      
4. To disable 2FA temporarily, toggle the option off in this same tab.
   
    

Note: For better account protection, we strongly recommend keeping 2FA enabled. If you experience issues, reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
