We wanted to bring to your attention an important matter regarding the performance of your Cloud computer.
Our monitoring system has detected that your RAM usage is currently at 98%. If this continues for an extended period, it may cause performance issues or even lead to your Cloud computer freezing.
Recommended Actions
- Check Task Manager
Log in to your Cloud computer and open Task Manager to identify applications or processes consuming the most RAM.
- Close Unnecessary Applications
Terminate or close any applications that are not in use to free up memory.
- Sign Out When Finished
Ensure users sign out of Windows after finishing their work to release system resources.
- Install Windows Updates
Verify that your Windows is up to date. Pending updates may affect system performance.
- Check Disk Space
Review available disk space on the primary drive (C:). Low disk space can negatively impact performance.
We recommend maintaining at least 10% free disk space
You can delete unnecessary files (e.g., from Downloads and Recycle Bin)
or if needed increase the disk space on your Cloud computer
- Schedule Maintenance
Restarting your Cloud computer periodically helps free up system resources.
Set up a scheduled reboot on your Cloud computer from the V2 Dashboard by navigating to the Cloud computer, opening Action > Reboot, and selecting Pick a time > Repeat > Choose the Time Zone, Interval (Daily or Weekly), and Time.
