How to Enable or Disable Screen Sharing (Admins Only)

Admins can control whether users are allowed to share their cloud computer screen with others. This setting applies to all VMs/computers owned by the administrator.

Steps to Configure Screen Sharing

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard

• Go to dash.v2cloud.com and log in using your admin credentials.

2. Access Preferences

1. On the left-side menu, select Preferences.

2. At the top, click the Settings tab.

   

3.  Configure Screen Sharing

1. Locate the option Disable Share View.

2. Select the option based on your desired setting:

   • Checked – Screen sharing is disabled for all users.

   • Unchecked – Screen sharing is enabled for all users.

3. Changes apply automatically.

Note

• When Disable Share View is enabled, users will no longer be able to share access to their virtual computers with others.
