How to Change Maintenance Report Email Recipients

Maintenance report emails are system alerts automatically sent when our hardware monitor detects issues with your cloud computer’s resources.

Alert Triggers:

- Disk Usage: You’ll receive an alert if the disk has less than 10% free space.

- CPU & RAM Usage: You’ll receive an alert if usage exceeds 95% for an extended period of time.

How to Update Email Recipients:

1. Log in to your admin portal: dash.v2cloud.com

2. From the left-hand menu, go to Preferences > Settings.

3. Scroll to the bottom until you see Maintenance Report Email Recipients.

4. Enter the email addresses you’d like to receive the alerts. Press Enter after each email. Accepted emails will appear greyed out.

5. Click Update Your Settings to save your changes.

Your maintenance alerts will now be sent to the updated list of recipients.
