## 👨💻 For Administrators
1. Reset the Password
- Change the user’s password in Active Directory and try logging in again.
2. Verify Username Format
- Open the user’s Properties in the Domain Controller (DC).
- Check that the **User logon name** and **User logon name (pre-Windows 2000)** fields match correctly.
3. Check Account Status
- Confirm the account is not disabled.
- Verify the user is not locked out.
4. Domain Controller Availability
- Make sure the Cloud Computer/VM can reach the DC.
5. Time Synchronization
- If the VM’s clock is more than 5 minutes out of sync with the DC, authentication will fail.
