Upgrade/Change the OS (Operating System) on the existing Cloud computer

Change the Individual Cloud desktop plan to Team Cloud Desktop plan or vice-versa on the existing Cloud computer

Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade or change the Operating System (OS), or to change an Individual Cloud Desktop plan to a Team Cloud Desktop plan on an existing Cloud Computer.

The only way to achieve this is to create a new Cloud Computer under the desired plan and OS, and then cancel the subscription for the existing one.

Note: If you need to transfer data from the existing Cloud Computer to the new one, please contact us. We can assign both Cloud Computers to the same network subnet, which will allow you to migrate your data.

Important: Canceling the subscription for the existing Cloud Computer will permanently delete all data stored on it.
