If you connect via Browser / V2 Cloud App with RDP OFF
Open the document you want to print:
- Click File > Print.
- Select the Cloud PDF (redirected) printer.
- The print dialog will open in your web browser.
- From there, choose your local printer and complete the print job.

If you connect via our V2 Cloud Desktop App with RDP ON
The user needs to be connected with the V2 Cloud Application with RDP on and the printer needs to be set up as the default on the Local PC, the printer will automatically redirect to the cloud computer.
How To Set Your Printer As Default On Local
- Open the "Control Panel" on your computer.
- Click on "Devices and Printers" or "View Devices and Printers."
- Find your printer in the list of installed printers.
- Right-click on the printer you want to set as the default.
- Select "Set as Default Printer" from the context menu.
- Your printer should now be set as the default printer for your local network.
