How to Retrieve User Details in V2 Cloud

You can retrieve user details from your V2 Cloud dashboard by using one of two available methods.

Option 1: Export details for multiple users (CSV or PDF)

1. Log in to the V2 Cloud dashboard:
   https://dash.v2cloud.com/cloud/
2. Navigate to the Users tab.
3. Select the users you want using the checkboxes.
4. Click Export (CSV or PDF option).

Result:

• A single file containing all selected users’ details.
• Includes the computers each user has access to.

Option 2: Export users linked to a specific computer

1. Open the relevant computer in the dashboard.
2. Go to the Users section for that machine.
3. Select the users using the checkboxes.
4. Click Export (CSV or PDF option).

Result:

• A file containing only users assigned to that specific computer.
• Does not include information about other computers the users may have access to.

Important Notes

• Passwords are not included in any export.
• You cannot retrieve V2 Cloud account passwords in plain text.
• You may manually retrieve OS-level passwords from the dashboard if required.
