How to Add Users to a Computer in Bulk

You can add multiple users to a cloud computer in bulk via the V2 Cloud dashboard.

1. Open your V2 Cloud dashboard (https://dash.v2cloud.com/cloud/) and go to the computers tab.
    

2. Select the relevant computer by clicking on its name.

   

3. Click the “Add new user access” button.

   

4. Select the “Bulk add users” option.

   

5. You can download an example file by clicking on “Download CSV sample file” to view the required format for adding users correctly.
    
6. Once your CSV file is prepared, import it using the “Import CSV” button. After uploading, the system will display the user details in the same window so you can verify everything before submitting.
    
7. You can choose to add users as White Label users and decide whether they should receive an email from V2 Cloud notifying them that they’ve been added to a cloud computer along with their account information. Once ready, click submit and the users will be created.
